About Free Plumbing Estimates
Who runs this site
Free Plumbing Estimates (FreePlumbingEstimates.net) is run by Panyala, based in Canada. The site was started in 2026.
Panyala researches home repair costs and writes practical guides for homeowners, using published pricing data and cited sources. Panyala is not a licensed plumber, septic installer, or contractor. For safety-critical work, always hire a licensed, insured pro.
What the site does
- Free cost guides. Plain-language guides to plumbing, septic, and gutter work, covering what drives prices and what to ask a contractor.
- A cost estimator. The plumbing and septic cost estimator shows low, typical, and high price ranges taken from published cost guides. Every source is listed on the page. It gives a ballpark, not a quote.
- A free estimate request form. Homeowners can use the request form to ask local service providers for estimates. It's free, and you never have to hire anyone.
How estimate requests are handled
- You fill in the estimate request form with your contact details, your ZIP or postal code, and a description of the job. You also confirm that you agree to be contacted about the request.
- The form is delivered to us by email through our form provider, Web3Forms. We read the request and share it with one or more independent service providers that may serve your area and handle that type of work.
- Those providers contact you directly to discuss the job and give you estimates. Any agreement you make is between you and the provider.
We can't promise that a provider will be available in every area, or that you'll get a certain number of estimates. Read more in our privacy policy and terms.
We are not a contractor
Free Plumbing Estimates doesn't do plumbing, septic, or gutter work. We don't employ contractors, and we don't set or guarantee their prices. We don't verify every provider's license, insurance, or quality of work, so always check credentials yourself before you hire. Our guides explain how.
How the site makes money
We may receive a fee from service providers when we pass along a request or when a request turns into a job. You pay nothing to use the site. Our guides are written to be useful whether or not you request estimates.
