FreePlumbingEstimates.net ("Free Plumbing Estimates," "we," "us") is run by Panyala, based in Canada. It operates this website, which lets homeowners request estimates from independent service providers. Contact: [email protected].
Information we collect
- Information you submit: name, phone number, email address, ZIP or postal code, service type, and project description you enter in our forms.
- Technical information: our hosting provider may automatically log IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and operations.
How we use it
- To share your request with independent service providers who may be able to help with your project.
- To respond to your messages.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To comply with legal obligations.
How we share it
When you request estimates, we share the information you submitted with service providers relevant to your job and location. Those providers may contact you by phone, text, or email, and their use of your information is governed by their own policies. We also use service providers that host our website and process form submissions. Currently these are Cloudflare (website hosting) and Web3Forms (form delivery by email). We do not sell your information for money.
Consent to be contacted
Our estimate request form asks you to tick a box agreeing that Free Plumbing Estimates and the local service providers it works with may contact you about your request by phone, text, or email. The same box is optional on our contact form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and message and data rates may apply. We record whether you ticked the box along with your submission. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or through our contact page. We will stop sharing your request and let providers we already shared it with know. You can also tell any provider directly to stop contacting you, or reply STOP to a text message.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or ask us to stop sharing it, by contacting us at [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law. To stop calls or texts from a provider, tell that provider directly as well.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
